So here's our scoop to help you decide if we're a good fit for you. 

Wedding Photography Style

For every wedding, we look for moments that capture the energy and essence of the day, and find the intricate details that showcase each couple's unique personalities. We hone in on emotion - joy, tears, nerves - all of the fleeting moments happening to you and around you, many that you are not even aware of. And when you review your beautifully edited set of photos, you'll get new glimpses of your wedding day that help you relive the joy all over again. We provide a mix of documentary (candid) and directed (staged/posed) photos, delivering to our couples a well-rounded set of visual memories.
 

KLiK's Process

We approach weddings with a great level of care and organization. We'll meet with you in advance to understand your photography goals, work with you to develop a photography timeline, identify key shots that are important to you, and have a blast getting to know each other! And on the day of your wedding, we take steps to ensure you will ENJOY your day and feel at ease in front of our cameras. 

Two-Photographer Teams

To ensure you get a rich and complete set of photos, all of our wedding packages include two photographers. This increases our range of coverage and ensures a smooth execution of photography on your wedding day. Joining me to photograph your wedding will be one of a few close-knit colleagues who I have worked with for many years. Each of them has over a decade of wedding experience and will be asked to join my photo team based on the best fit for your day. We feel it's a privilege to photograph the intimate bond and expression of love that exists between people. Thank you for being here!

I (Erin) left the design industry 14 years ago to follow my greatest passion of becoming a professional photographer. In 2011, I started my first company - Parallel Photography - documenting families and wedding photography, and in 2015, I founded my current company - KLiK Concepts. Although rooted in wedding photography, KLiK's primary work today ranges from business lifestyle to headshots to corporate event photography. We don't advertise for weddings and only photograph a handful of them every year. Because all of our weddings are word-of-mouth - it truly makes them that much more special to us! 

I'm the epitome of an extrovert who loves socializing and meeting new people. I have a naturally upbeat, high-energy personality that tends to put people at ease. I was born and raised in S. California and fell in love with photography at the age of 18 when I moved to Portland, Oregon and bought my first camera. Within a few years, I had photographed my first wedding, propelling me into the art of people photography. Over the past two decades, I've traveled through 14 countries and 3 continents, thriving on documenting the people, cultures and traditions that make each place special and unique. Photography has opened up an avenue to meet incredible people and has offered the privilege to participate in their special moments.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Art and Interior Design from Marylhurst University and later went on to receive my Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Oregon. Through the years, I have studied and worked in a variety of creative-based fields including photography, multi-media art, and disciplines including graphic-, interior-, landscape- and urban- design. I have developed an eye for composition and my design-based background has taught me to look for the beauty in the most intricate details.

While photography is one of my greatest passions, when I'm not behind the camera you can find me in my garden, cooking, teaching seasonal workshops, or creating floral arrangements. I live in SW Portland with my family and am fortunate to be a wife, mother, daughter and sister.
